Community rules
Simple rules to protect those who hire and reward those who work right.
1. Reviews
- To review you must sign in with your Google account or the email link — each person reviews a job only once.
- Negative reviews require: verified name, email and phone, approximate service date, reason and an explanation of what happened.
- Evidence (receipts, conversations, photos) can be sent privately to the administration.
- The site may partially hide your name publicly, but the administration knows the identity of every reviewer.
- A positive or neutral review goes live right away and counts toward the score immediately. A negative review enters “under verification” and only affects the score after the administration reviews it.
2. What is not allowed
- Fake reviews, paid reviews, or reviews written by competitors.
- Threats, harassment, exposing personal data or offensive content.
- Profanity and offensive terms are blocked automatically, in Portuguese and in English, and the review is not submitted. Criticizing the service is allowed: saying it was late, overcharged or that you don't recommend it goes through — what doesn't is an insult to the person.
- Nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, illegal content, racism, discrimination or incitement to hatred.
- Reports unrelated to a real job.
- Photos that don't belong to the professional or misleading advertising.
3. What happens to violators
- Score of 2.5 or less: listing paused and case under administrative review.
- The professional always has the right of reply and time to respond.
- Serious cases (fraud, scams, safety risks): immediate suspension, regardless of score.
- Permanent bans block any new listings in any category.
- Every decision is recorded and has a simple appeal path.
4. Transparency
- Legitimate reviews are not removed for being negative.
- Removals happen only by objective rules (falsehood, threats, personal data, unrelated to a job).
- Paying for the listing doesn't change scores or hide complaints.
- The site publicizes and organizes recommendations from the community, but doesn't guarantee or take responsibility for hired services.
- An advertiser's website link is provided by the advertiser: you access it at your own risk, and Brasileiros FL does not answer for the content of the destination site. We show you the real address before you leave — and anyone can report a link with the button on the listing.
